Nate and Sunshine Shultz of Prairie Wind Yaks are under a Yak attack. This is not a yak attack that leaves one bloody and bruised but rather a genuine love of the animal and sustainable meat production. As Sunshine says, “Once you go yak, you won’t go back”.
